Yesterday, I was in the room.

I sent you an email at 2:00 PM showing you my setup—one screen on a 6-hour Doctoral immersion, the other screen on my business infrastructure. I was ready to play the game by “their rules.”

But after that session ended, the system flinched.

I received word that a "technicality" regarding my Master’s conferral date would block my enrollment in the Ed.D. for this term. In the "Old World," this is where you get angry. This is where you complain about the bureaucracy.

Negative space does not exist. Only redirection.

I didn't lose a doctorate; I gained a 6-hour refund of my time and a path to a higher frequency.

The Upgrade: The PhD in Educational Leadership

I’ve decided to move my focus to a PhD in Education and Educational Leadership through Liberty University.

This isn't just a professional degree; it’s a research-driven, high-authority PhD. It’s a 5-year build that matches the scale of what we are doing at 209Connect and the Sovereign Educator Network. Liberty offers the flexibility that legacy systems lack.

The Funding Pipeline

I’m not just paying for a degree; I’m architecting a cash-flow-positive move.

  • DOR (Dept. of Rehab): Filing the DR-222 tomorrow. Since the District’s retaliation caused my "displacement," the state is responsible for my retraining.

  • WIOA (Worknet): Solidifying the "Dislocated Worker" status to bridge the gap.

While the system tries to slow me down, I’m just finding bigger pipes for the water to flow through.

P.S. New here?

I’m David. I was a School Counselor with a 4.0 GPA until the system tried to silence me.

Now, I’m building a media and education empire while I get my PhD. No victimhood, just execution.

P.P.S. To the 81 people who opened the "Burned Resume" email—the PhD is the new resume.

We don't just burn the old; we build the new with higher specs.
