Yesterday, the "Old Guard" Proved My Point…
In my last email, I broke down the math: The District Administration pays themselves elite salaries ($400k+) while our schools struggle.
Yesterday, they proved exactly what that money buys: NEGLIGENCE.
As of Tuesday afternoon, the Merced Union High School District (MUHSD) posted my UNREDACTED home address and personal cell phone number on the public Board Agenda for tonight’s meeting.
(I redacted this myself in 30 seconds. Why couldn’t the District Administration do the WORK?)
They are asking the Board to "Deny my Claim," but they couldn't even manage the BASIC administrative competence to scrub a PDF of my PERSONAL INFORMATION? Whether this is ignorance or malice is BEYOND the question at this point, because either way… IT IS DANGEROUS.
This is the "System" you are trusting with your children. They are paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to run the district, yet they commit privacy breaches that would get a first-year intern fired.
Me & The ‘209 Counselor’
People ask me why I keep digging. Why I keep auditing the books.
BECAUSE I AM STILL A DAMN EDUCATOR.
They removed me from the campus, but they can’t remove the skills and knowledge I’ve learned. Real education isn't just about showing or telling a student to "cope" with a broken environment. Real education is modeling and fixing the environment and frameworks necessary so the student doesn't break.
This Audit is my form of public service.
I expose the pay gaps so taxpayers know where their money goes.
I expose the privacy breaches so parents know the risks.
I build new paths so the next generation doesn't have to rely on a broken system.
They didn't stop the work. They just moved it outside the building.
My Personal (Sovereign) Pivot
While they are fumbling BASIC paperwork, I spent yesterday securing the architecture to replace them.
1. The Rank Up (PhD Confirmed) 🎓 I am not asking for their permission. As of yesterday, my PhD in Organizational Leadership is locked in.
The Funding: I have applied for funding by the State (Dept. of Rehabilitation).
The Goal: I am using the system's own resources to fund the credential that will allow me to audit them at the highest level.
2. The Lesson For You Here in Atwater, we are used to making things work with what we have. We fix our own cars. We look out for our neighbors.
You need to apply that same mindset to your career and your safety. Don't outsource your future to a District that can't even redact a phone number.
The Dependent waits for the system to save them.
The Sovereign builds their own safety net.
The District proved today that they are asleep at the wheel. It’s time for us to drive.
