I’ve been analyzing the payroll of the system I used to work for. And I found a pattern that explains everything.

1. The Distance Gap (MUHSD)

I look at the High School District (MUHSD). We have Upper Administration leaders making $150k to $400k a year.

But these are the people furthest away from the actual work. They sit in the District Office. They haven't worked directly with a student in years.

2. The Retaliation Timeline

This is where the corruption is. It started back in 2023 when I pointed out a massive pay discrepancy to Superintendent Alan Peterson and HR. I simply asked for fairness.

The Smoking Gun: The very next year, the pay for that position went up by $6. They knew I was right. They fixed the money after I left. But instead of thanking me, they put a target on my back.

3. The 2025 Firing (Safety vs. Protocol)

I wasn't fired for performance. I was fired because I was Doxxed. An online influencer (Rebel Cole) posted my info, and the District was flooded with calls.

The Failure: A real leader asks: "Is my employee safe?" The District asked: "How do we stop the phone ringing?" They prioritized silencing the noise over my physical safety. That is a failure of leadership.

4. The Rot (Merced College)

But this isn't just about the High School District. The "Rot" starts earlier.

I look at Merced College, and I see the exact same apathy.

  • The Checked Out: Professors like Mr. Severo, running classes on autopilot.

  • The Compromised: Professors like Dr. Gargano, hijacking statistics for politics.

The system is comfortable. The system is lazy. And the people at the top are writing the rules to keep it that way.

5. The False Solution (Their CEDS)

I looked up who is actually planning our economic future. They have a document called the CEDS (Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy).

Look at the authors. It’s the "Old Guard" of the county. Supervisor Daron McDaniel (District 3). UC Merced Leadership. Merced College Administration.

The same people allowing the rot are writing the plan. And their plan is Dependency. They view us as a "bedroom community" for the Bay Area. They want us to wait for grants.

6. The Real Solution (The Sovereign CEDS)

I reject their plan. So I wrote my own. I call it the Diamond Cut Protocol (The Sovereign CEDS).

This isn't about asking for grants. It is about Economic Fortification.

- Resource Alchemy for 209 agriculture: We don't just grow food. We turn agricultural "waste" into energy.

- The 209 Perpetual Trust fund for our future generations: We don't wait for handouts. We capture value and lock it into a Trust for our future.

- The Operator-Architecture for education: We don't train "laborers." We train systems commanders.

7. The Bet

This is why I applied for the PhD yesterday. I need the rank to walk into those offices and challenge their "Old Guard CEDS" with my Sovereign CEDS.

And I’m not paying for it. I have an email from the Department of Rehab sitting in my inbox right now. I am replying to force the system to pay for my retraining.

The Protocol

The mission has upgraded.

  • - 06:30 AM: Rise.

  • - Thursday Nights: The Lab.

  • - The Mission: Execute the Diamond Cut.

- David Sicairos The Architect

P.S.

If you want to stop waiting for their "Old Guard" plans and start building your own leverage, look at the blueprint I’m building.
