Dear Disruptors,

On Thursday we looked at the Pay Pyramid and the $389,296.00 salary at the top.

Today we are looking at the bottom.

I spent this morning running the real time numbers for December 2025 to see how that massive administrative bloat impacts your classroom.

Here is what I found in the latest data.

  • Instructional Spending: DOWN $25.6 Million.

  • Administrative Overhead: UP $2.4 Million.

Connect the dots.

The system isn't broke. The system is looting the classroom to feed the Pyramid.

They are cutting the tools you need to do your job and using that savings to hire more people to police how you do it.

This is why you are in the Red Zone.

You aren’t tired because you’re weak. You are tired because you are trying to fill a $25.6 million gap with your own adrenaline and free time.

You cannot outwork a math problem. You have to audit it.

I built The Dossier to expose these exact financial liabilities. It stops you from absorbing their budget cuts as your personal failure.

The administration has a plan for their surplus.

Make sure you have a plan for your defense.

Stay sovereign,

David Sicairos
